I am an HR professional with an exhaustive experience in the field of Human Resource. I started as a Recruitment Consultant and now take care of all the Gamuts of HR. Throughout my professional journey I have thoroughly experienced and analyzed even the minutest of the assignments that have come my way. Generally HR is being perceived to be a stagnated job with a lot of monotone in the variety of work that is performed, but for me it has always been fascinating as here we study the most interesting creatures of this Planet – Human. I have always looked ahead to improve upon the existing system, process, belief.
I decided to come up with this blog to share my views on the HRD with you all alike because I believe that the study of HR should not be confined to the HR professionals only. I am here to discuss and explore the best of methodologies in the simplest of forms by which a professional can improve upon his performance and output and in turn advance in their careers.
I will even share some openings that come my way in any form and help you out to apply in my openings section.
